 STORY
Here’s my warning/intro thingy: The name Honey Daniels I took from the movie “Honey”(Please don’t sue!!). The name Jack Daniels I made up so I ain’t taking it from the alcohol. Sams Club is a real grocery store that I put in there(Don’t sue!!). Um I made up the story completley so it isn’t true at all & I didn’t steal anyones ideas(to my knowledge, if I did I apologize deeply!!!!). I didn’t do any historical research really so maybe racism wasn’t that bad at that time in Detroit(I didn’t live back then so I don’t know). Many things are probably historically incorrect so if that bugs you I’m sorry. The “ebony & ivory” nicknames I did not make up cause they were used. Real life characters thus far in my story are: David Ruffin, Jimmy Ruffin, Earline Ruffin, Mama Rose, & Melvin Franklin. If I missed one, my bad. The rest of the characters are from my imagination, yes I used the name Honey Daniels but read the story & you will clearly see she ain’t no Jessica Alba =) I admit to the story being a “Mary Sue”. She should have done some historic reasurch to make a story better unless it takes place in a alternate universe.

She Can’t just dismiss racism like that. Sorry to be nickpicky over a achient fanfic, but I don’t like the dismissive attitudes towards facts sometimes. And It seems like she is only basing this on the movie tempts…
